I’m Daniela Liscio and I help busy people feel better in their 40s (and beyond) than they did in younger years, enhance their sport performance and potential, and avoid major, controllable illness – with short and long term health in mind and without wasting time and money on useless stuff. I believe every individual’s potential in business and personal life is built on a strong foundation of real health that DEMANDS that you look and feel your best.

It also requires you to forget about a lot of what you’ve learned.

Consider, for all the time you spend thinking about health and nutrition and fitness and scouring websites, blogs and articles … are you exactly where you should be? Looking amazing and feeling so good you’ve created everything in your life that you want for yourself?

If you’re here, probably not. Life is too short to spend rummaging through diet and fitness plans, schedules, blogs, lectures on this and everything that related to fitness, superfoods, diet. It’s too short to be listening to that little voice – or the outright anxiety – telling you that you have to deal with those extra pounds, the slower pace or the dulled energy. Too short to look ragged or frumpy. And definitely way too short for excuses, including “It’s age.”

You have important things to do, relationships to build and a better life to live. Not wasted on the crap you’ve been wasting it on.

Imagine:

It does matter how you look and how you feel – it matters to a lot more than just how you look and feel. Your health is your foundation. I am here to help you see things in a very different light, that makes your health, your weight and your fitness perfectly aligned with your biggest and brightest goals, and most importantly puts you in control of how you look, how you feel, how you perform your sport and day-to-day life, without ever asking, “What do I try now?” How empowering.

Aging is not about looking your best in your 20s or 30s. It’s certainly not about feeling worse. Running ragged. Energy like a flickering light bulb about to go out. That’s bullshit. These are things that may have become usual for you – but they should be rejected like swamp land in Florida.

ABOUT DANIELA

Daniela Liscio is a corporate lawyer turned holistic health expert who spent a lot of years in busy offices in Toronto and New York City, racing triathlons, climbing mountains and running around the world. She hated seeing super smart people of significant resources starting to fall apart way before their time, while watching great potential slip through cracks of skyscraper windows. After almost 12 years as an attorney, managing workload and heavy workouts, she founded Eat for Sport LLC and began helping busy professionals optimize their sport performance, lose weight, look better, feel amazing … and enjoy all the things that flow from those things - better jobs, better relationships and richer lives.

Daniela has a BA and an MA in Economics, a law degree and an MBA and is licensed to practice law in New York and Missouri. She has several certifications in holistic health, including as a health coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition) as well as from the University of Washington’s Nutrition Science Department. She is also a a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200) and certified hiking guide with the American Hiking Guides Association.
