Where did we get the idea that looks, strength and energy should fall off as we age?

Maybe you have found yourself in your 40s more quickly than you expected … and you’re feeling it.

Maybe you’re gaining weight more easily, or those love handles are growing.

As a professional mountain guide and athlete, I was doing pretty well on my own, but Daniela has been able to bring me to a completely new level, one that has allowed me to prepare for the bigger and bigger athletic goals I’ve been setting for myself – even as I’ve been getting older.
